Apple cider vinegar has been used for centuries to help with a variety of ailments because of its naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic properties.

At Filsinger’s Organic Foods, their Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made with farm grown, certified organic apples. Their vinegar contains no additives or preservatives and the finished product is raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized and contains a mother of vinegar.

Growing organically since 1953, Filsinger's was one of the first organic farms in all of Canada. Their founder, Alvin Filsinger was awarded the Lifetime Organic Hero Award by the Canadian Organic Growers for his lifelong dedication and work in the organic industry.

Located in Ayton, Ontario they continue to grow apples and pears without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides. They also do all of their own processing on the farm. This ensures only the highest quality fruit is used in their products.
